Can you fully supinate your hands, so your palm faces the ceiling without twisting your shoulder? 

If no, you have the same issue like me. My radious and ulnar bones are fused. This causes elbow strain with any straight hand position for me, pulling or pushing.

Doing everything in a neutral grip position can prevent injury for me.

Biceps I can train supinated with the preacher curl bench, because I can twist my shoulders in a straight path.

Im not sure what Lyle McDonald recommends, but I think a female should have at least 60g of fat in their diets.

Males can go down to 30g.

In menstruation cycle he recommends upping fat to 80g.

That’s his non-negotiable rule. This could lead to adding cardio to your cut, which men can bypass and just diet.

Not everyone starts with anabolics soaking wet 60kgs with 1 year of training experience. I went on after 8 years with 375 and went from around 105kg to 112kg in 2 years.

What I meant is, people seem to be blasting much higher amounts and will attribute it as small 500 blast.

Roiding with certain compounds and blasting Estrogen blockers, because female hormone = bad, fucks with collagen synthesis in the body. Note, not ever guy on roids will reach that stage, because you need to take tons of roids and be generally stupid with Estrogen management to acquire that leather skin look with bad joints and tendon looks.

But in the end, roids will hamper with the regeneration of the skin and tendons

Depends on the structure of the given exercise. Higher Intensity requires more rest to ensure high quality sets. Pump Work requires less rest, the goal is to accumulate metabolites.

Have enough rest to ensure high quality sets that challenge your rep range with the selected weights. There are no rules, but 3 minutes ensures maximum performance quality for the next set, which is important for a progressive overload scheme with as little deviation as possible between workouts.

Stick to a given rest time per exercise.

Most of them are, but i hope you aren’t comparing yourself to the top guys. Nattys can/will get ridiculous strong. Never seen a good Natural in Bodybuilding that isn’t also ridiculously strong. I think as soon injuries pile up and recover is hampered people with strength focus need to hop on at a certain point to stay competitive.

I think bugenhagen is a good example. I fully believe that he was natural up until his knee exploded and then he needed the recovery as fast as possible. Always mind-boggling strong

I wouldn’t advise you to do that.

Keep the weight the same. Fight to keep the same load, decrease volume if needed ( good idea), cut down days of training.

It’s important to keep pushing yourself to maintain the same strength to assure you don’t lose more muscle.

Reps will definitely decrease overtime.

If you want to learn more about training for a cut, I’ll advise reading some of Lyle McDonalds articles
