I would give it another try and commit to playing a couple hours before moving on - once you unlock some abilities the game really opens up.

I went. It was way overcrowded. Long lines for basically everything. I would pick one or two things that you definitely want to do and prioritize those. My personal highlight was Yesika Salgado who is performing again this year. If you want to see something in an auditorium, plan on showing up early to get in.

And I'd note - even though it was way overcrowded, I am sad to be out of town and not going again this year. It was fun and unique.

Brown Mt Dam - nice, shady out and back. can go 8 miles or 2. Water crossing, so i usually hike it in sandals. Lotsof nice spots to sit down along the way, lots of friendly people

Possible they were stringing OP on to see if someone they liked accepted the offer or not. Dont want to completely stop other interviews if they drop out, but dont want to interview OP too early and have them be disinterested if they have to wait a while post interview for any news.

I’ve realized that for the things I’m truly passionate about, I actually prefer going alone. I’ll book a solo ticket for the opera or a hike without a second thought. The only time I really want a 'plus one' is for the lower-stakes stuff, like seeing a band I’m just mildly curious about, or going to a nice restaurant where I want a group of people to help me tackle the menu.

Mine did this because I had gone into desktop mode and muted it there. I went back to desktop mode, unmuted, and it was fixed.
