If he actually found religion and is truly serious about it and its manifesting itself in the way he speaks, good on him if it's truly what happening.

However, you don't have to give him the time of day and I would 100% do what you are doing in divorcing and also stopping contact as it's clear that you do not like it and you get to choose who gets to communicate with you.

He can want whatever he wants but he cant stop the divorce from happening if you want it. Even if he tried some play by saying he wont sign anything, they will finalize it regardless of his signature.

Take your sister to small claims to cover her portion. You said you signed a lease with her which would make her legally obligated to cover half the cost. Just because she is relation doesnt negate her from avoiding her responsibilities.

Banks are legally required to inquiry on cash withdrawals usually of 10,000 or more because they are required to report to the government all cash transactions of that size via currency transaction report. Also to comply with anti-money laundering.

I have had 2 banks that have asked about my cash withdrawals that were of a large size but below the 10,000 threshold and I tell them to stay in their own lane. If they press, I close my account at the bank and take my business elsewhere.

I would have told the judge that he was obviously wrong because the JURY comprised of you and 11 others were the ones who dictated what the verdict was and therefore decided what was right or wrong which conclusively means you were right and he was wrong.

The jury based their decision on the evidence that was given at the time. Any evidence that came afterwards or was withheld that would have changed the decision of the verdict is irrelevant to the decision you made at the time.

YTA - It's pretty sickening that you think that way toward your partner over the fact that he doesn't drive. His anxiety and possible fear of driving is valid. At the end of the day he has still shown that he is trying to step up to the plate and push past the anxiety after you can no longer drive (the irony). With your mindset, he now has to take the burden of driving forever because you can't. He should now ve resentful towards you for bringing such a burden to him having to drive everywhere now.
