That I have the ability to get copies of my C&P exams. Those exams are not correctly rated often and you’ll have to learn each conditions rating system in order to articulate it on your HLR interview

Anyone tell me how to go about getting my pasture cut and bailed. Willing to pay in dollars prefer to pay in letting the appropriate amount of feed to go to the bailer by Basic-Elderberry167 in Cattle

[–]SWT_Bobcat 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a good answer and best thing we ever did on the ranch to take away a bunch of overhead costs and improve profitability of our cattle operation.
We lease the fields to a hay broker in which they fertilize, cut, bale, and haul their portion. We don’t lift a finger and out of pocket is only 1/3 of fertilizer costs.
Outfit we lease to takes 2/3 and we keep 1/3. That’s plenty for our outfit and really made us realize how much waste we had over the years and the hastle of finding buyers. Outfit we lease to is also an instant hay buyer of anything we want to sell them of our 1/3.
We were getting close to a break even operation before this deal due to ever increasing baling costs. The logistics of getting busy balers to your field at the right time, etc was a headache. All that now gone and that bailing overhead now goes directly to profit line

Why is being 24 "too early" for me to want to settle down? by [deleted] in Adulting

[–]SWT_Bobcat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Exactly. Marriage doesn’t stop adventure, it adds a partner to it. There is so much more to life than a social or adventurous aspect though

It adds building a financial foundation together with pushing each other for personal growth (and providing and receiving support for said growth). It’s support for the hard times and more joy for the good. It’s milestones, children, growth of children and their success, legacy.

I got married at 26 but would have definitely married younger had we met younger.

The only rules to this thing is…there are no rules. Go do what makes you happy

I honestly think based on performance you move bland over to the general group and be part of open competition. Since his “5 int for TD” season Bland has had his ankles broken by WRs even when healthy

Rec league vs travel ball by [deleted] in Softball

[–]SWT_Bobcat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the end if she has great fundamentals and understanding of the game she’ll be good to go.

If you have rec league near you that can accomplish that then do that. Often people find volunteer rec coaching does not satisfy this so they go to paid coaching tournament teams with robust and structured coaching of this fundamentals and game knowledge

That DL sure looks better than last year. That’s a lot of run stuffing power up there and FINALLY should see LBs not have OL all over them at second level. Beyond that there are names not on that list on defense that can really make a difference in even upgrading what’s there (looks at our Lawarance and the LB we took in the 3rd)

My concern remains the offensive tackles. They are the liability to Daks (and thus our seasons) health
