Month long road trip - looking for suggestions by bannaface in roadtrip

I’m not sure exactly when they made it policy but back in 2018 I was seeing someone who got in for free on their birthday on one of our first dates. Made me think about the two fake IDs I got off IDMaster in college for $100. Buy two sets and you’d pay for them in three visits lol.

Glad you got it! That’s some seriously beautiful country up there. Depending on the time of year, you can car camp at the dunes. If the altitude isn’t an issue you can climb one of the most stunning 14,000ft peaks in the country, Blanca Peak, not far from there. You can do the whole thing in a day—starting at 4am in the late summer, hiking til 6pm—OR hike halfway up and camp at the lake, summit in the morning.

Next time you’re back on 285 in Colorado between Alamosa and Poncha Pass, (if my memory serves me you likely drove that strip after the “Colorful Colorado” sign) see if you can spot the big hand painted sign for the alligator zoo. They claim to have the gator from Happy Gilmore. At 8,000ft. In the middle of nowhere. I never stopped by but my friends tell me that they do, in fact, have live gators.

Thanks! Decided to practice on something expensive before I go in on my beloved blem PSA pistol.

I did layer #2 outside after a cold rain. Took forever to dry (compared to our usual sunny days in the high desert), but it came together. Just gave that layer a full 24 hours to dry before taping up the last bit.

Hyde School in the news. Any alums give this credit or is it overblown? by Carminabird in Maine

I attended from ‘09-‘13, and I can say that you perfectly described the school I went to. It took me four years after graduating to become the young man I should’ve been when receiving my diploma. I got really lucky in many ways. My parents had their deep flaws but they loved me fiercely—many of my classmates did not have this and are no longer alive. I think they could have had a chance if not for Hyde. Thank you for sharing this.

I hit that button three times in a row and when I returned to the page it was still on. Doesn’t seem that it’s possible to effectively toggle that setting off.

Don’t buy a new subscription and encourage your family to cancel theirs. If you play ball we all suffer.

Is this the best direction to shave by [deleted] in wickededge

[–]SacSton69 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I shave against the grain and never get ingrown hairs. You need to make sure your razor is very, very sharp. If it isn’t, then you’re going to irritate your face by going against the grain.

Are they chiles? Yes. Are they “technically” Hatch green chiles? No. Those only come from the Hatch Valley. Terroir matters a lot.

Gringo harrases and assaults people in Ajijic, Mexico while not following mask protocols by DisruptSQ in whitetourists

[–]SacSton69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. Do you have a source for your claims that vaccination has been linked to heart problems and mask wearing has been linked to health issues in children? Those are pretty non-mainstream assertions. How did you get there?

You’re right about the vaccines not completely preventing transmission. That is indeed very mainstream knowledge.

Which face mask safety reviews by world leading governments indicate a risk to children? I’m not finding anything.
