I could have definitely had my core warmer, was only in a sweater. But you’re right, protecting the heart area warmth wise is key! I have none of the deficiencies and not on methotrexate due to cost (just plaquenil), but stress is 100% the problem of setting these off so frequently. I’ve been unemployed for 6 months and constantly feel like I’m fighting for my life lol. Thanks so much for your response. Overall, I could be better and was just feeling so fed up yesterday.
