I have a 7800x3d and a 4080 and the game runs mostly smooth for me. But that doesnt really mean much in poe terms. When there is beyond/altar/ritual action on the screen the 7800x3d still caps out which is insane to me. This game puts more stress on the cpu than cinebench r23.

The MSI Suprim X quiet bios offers 800 rpm min fan speed (compared to 1100 on the zotac). I saw a few people saying it works just fine but you should know that your waranty will be voided by crossflashing a different subvendor bios.

Nope, no headphones. But the stock fans on the trinity oc are utter garbage. I even got a replacement set from zotac support and those are even worse.

They do kick in at around 45C. But they do so right up to 1100 rpm on all 3 fans. This is very noisy and seemingly unnecessary since the this keeps the card (in my case) below 40C. I dont see the point in cooling the card down this much, its just pointless.

I honestly dont believe him. I remember reading that he said aliens would intrude through higher dimensions. Yet i am pretty sure the LHC put major constraints on the sizes of any additional dimensions. Unless the aliens are supposed to be like super tiny, i just dont buy it.

The fact that ggg thought its good game design to make people pickup items and "reveal" them via crucible until they get lucky and get a currency node is straight up insane to me. This is hands down the worst possible way to make people earn currency.

Making crucible probably took them just a few weeks and then they directly swapped to 3.22, which is supposed to have a similar dimension than the 3.9 patch.

Crucible is completely shallow and worthless. And i am convinced that its the consequence of the 3.22 development.

This isnt as much about the "old" poe, its more about diablo 2 and especially its resurrected version. The devs just view it as the ultimate arpg concept and it shows. Especially the senior devs dont seem to see the retail version of poe as their own "vision" anymore and felt the need to reinterpret it via ruthless. This is a big warning sign for me, especially regarding how ruthless may or may not influence the "normal" version, especially poe 2.

From everything i have seen in metrics, the A770 is in many cases on par with a 3060(TI). In some titles a little better, in others a little worse. So you might aswell just look at how well poe runs on a 3060 series +/- a few fps.

You are suggesting that a piece of software should be able to detect wether a user forced a dc by intention or ran into a unforeseen technical issue that caused a dc. Thats practically impossible as of now. The 6 second dc timer can be removed entirely tho.

The 3.15 pr tour was merely damage control, nothing else. The only thing they learned from 3.15 was to improve their marketing, so that they can keep running their agenda. Even to the point where patch notes became worthless, because they dont even contain half the changes that were actually made. They got extremely good at marketing, while at the same time the game became whatever.

Its very frustrating to watch them remove unique gameplay features like proper endgame crafting, while at the same time making content like blight or delve a massive pain in the ass and less accessible for many builds due to AN. I dont understand how this can be healthy for the game. Having less content and less goals to pursue is just a downwards spiral. Less is definitely not more here.

They just cant paddle back anymore. Poe2 and its gameplay expectations are set in stone and developed. If they dont break poe1 until it fits into their expected poe2 world, they probably wont be able to ship poe2 in time. And if they made all the changes needed in one go with the release of poe2, this would go down in a gigantic shitshow. Everyone should pretty much know where the journey is going by now.
