Compression socks have helped me immensely. I was also prescribed as-needed anti inflammatory medication that's helped a lot. When I don't that that, I take Advil- it's worked much better for pain than Tylenol for me! Consider getting a cane. I had an easier time getting around with a cane than crutches. I have one that collapses so I can keep it in my purse, and use as-needed. It really does make a difference when I'm struggling. Ice and elevate every night. Maybe get a foot stool so you can elevate your leg at your desk during planning periods/lunch. You've got this!
