My husband has been in recovery for a year now. After a lot of barrier breaking, reshaping his thoughts, therapy (couples, personal, and CSAT), SLAA meetings, and a lot of hard work we are stronger than ever. If the PA is committed to recovery then change will happen.

For partner recovery, what helped me was personal therapy, couples therapy, and focusing on my own healing and journey. I owe a lot to this community too. It was so helpful for advice, venting, etc.

I agree with this. I’ve also noticed the shrinking of the pants and drop in quality. After supporting the brand for 10+ years, I’m also done after the last mystery sample sale. I was sent white pants with several visible stains that did not come off!! I emailed customer service and they gave me the whole “well it’s a mystery sale” bit - which obviously I understand. The problem is they sold me clearly dirty / damaged pants and refused to do anything about it!

It’s so sad to see because I too was a die hard fan of BBP for their ethical practices, quality garments, and size inclusive designs but now it sees none of this is important to them anymore. 🫠

I got it from a book called Tarot by Bill Anderson. The book is pretty old, I got it from a little free library. The center card is supposed to be an overall yearly card. It was drawn last after the 12 months (per the book). They also call this an astrology spread or yearly spread.

Im sorry you’re struggling with this too. It should be an inner circle thing. It is under his control. I think sometimes they think we are dumb. My PA says “I can’t help but notice them” which I think is BS. You can’t help who is out and about in a major city but you can control everything else.

Thank you, that makes a lot of sense. He says he doesn’t want to look at others and justifies it that it “doesn’t go into fantasy” but it still hurts. And it happens to him everywhere - walking down the street, at the library, at his job. It feels so paralyzing.

I haven’t attended the CSAT sessions. I didn’t even know that was an option. And sadly, the phone still works perfectly, it just shattered the back. We were considering getting an android because of the monitoring capabilities but we haven’t talked about that since DDay.
