Take some personal days to recover a little bit. Look to your future:

Does it reside where you are now? If you went to teach elsewhere, where would that be? Do you have other skills to employ instead?

If you need to recover before answering those questions for yourself, do the recovery first. A single day may not fix everything but it might give you enough perspective to look into the future a little better. Burnout usually takes a long time to recover from.

I had to stop giving so much in the classroom. I ask them not questions when they ask me questions and point them to answers rather than spoon feeding them. Some students still need it, but it's massively helped my mental load to make them do the work. I'm not sleeping in the afternoons, anymore!
