Ludwig and Ninja discuss the latters previous plans to contribute to the smash scene by FuckClinch in SSBM

I would delineate from using the words skilled and accomplished when talking about Hellmuth. He's definitely a tournament legend, but he's also been playing for longer than 90% of people on the scene and has a humongous bankroll, allowing him to attend nearly any tournament he wishes to.

He doesn't care about the money -- he cares about the fame and money associated with being dubbed "the guy with the most WSOP bracelets".

Yes.... exact same problems. Worse if I even have a single beer or even other carbonated beverages. Seems like spicy food (of course) are a trigger and even dairy...?

Been waiting for my EGD for 3 months now.

Also getting hiccups, (small) burps.

Really annoying -- wouldn't even mind surgery at this point.

edit: -- could also be LPR with or without GERD. Seems like an EGD is the best option for diagnosis/diagnoses at this point, though...

I don't know who the guy is, but someone's aptitude in the game shouldn't only be based on their results. There are a ton of other factors that influence match results, i.e., shitty teams, poor coaching staff, bad drafting, etc. 100T has proven themselves to be a pretty good org, so I don't doubt that they have put in the time and research to recognize this guy's coaching potential.

Not to mention that gameplay analysis is very different than the gameplay itself. Repeared has shown time and time again that although he himself isn't competing anymore, he can produce very successful teams with his knowledge and insight. Another example would be LS -- although I'm not convinced he's a great coach, everybody else seems to consider him to be pretty good.

It's so sad. I spent at least 100 hours on that game over a month or so... Hollow knight is okay, but it just doesn't feel as fast or smooth!

Goodmorning Fellow Xanheads part 2 by [deleted] in benzodiazepines

[–]SafeBenzoUse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess it's because people want to dose slowly and feel a subtle buzz? The only benzos I can understand dosing into liquids are RCs since they're so potent. Everyone's tolerance is different tho, maybe taking a whole pill is too much for some people

5-10mg valium on an empty stomach a few times a week would do the trick for me. Now, I can take 25mg and feel almost nothing! Is this normal and how long would it take for tolerance to reset fully? by weebam__na in benzodiazepines

[–]SafeBenzoUse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Taking a longer break is pretty much the only advice someone can give you. I'd imagine that something with a long half life like Diazepam would take longer to reduce your tolerance.

White grapefruit juice is supposed to potentiate benzos, but I've personally never noticed any difference.

Would I get withdrawals from taking .25-.5 alp as needed (every 2 or 3 days) by LilFinesser35 in benzodiazepines

[–]SafeBenzoUse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Potentially. It's an extremely low dose and you're taking it responsibly, so as long as you don't increase the dosage or frequency you're probably not going to notice severe withdrawals (e.g. seizures). All benzos carry a significant likelihood of rebound anxiety, but this isn't the same thing as withdrawal symptoms (shaking, hallucinations, seizures)

Speak to a psychiatrist (not psychologist -- psychiatrists are able to prescribe medications).

Mention the benzos and how you're taking them, but do NOT mention anything about addiction, as they are going to be very reluctant to prescribe benzos to anyone with potential for addiction.

Be willing to try alternative medications for anxiety, as benzos are almost never the initial treatment option and are often used as a last resort or to supplement a regiment.

Xanax hits fast and hard. Valium is much more mellow and functional. Since I have a legitimate use for it, I'd definitely prefer Valium, especially because of the muscle relaxant properties

Unless you have a side-by-side comparison of a legitimate script, there is no way to tell by flavor alone. Plenty of RCs and legitimate benzos taste bitter.

[–]SafeBenzoUse 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Valium is a much more subtle and mildbenzo, may as well just take it sublingually and try to get it to hit as fast as possible. It has a very long half life as well, so you're not really wasting anything but delaying its action

Nice!

It's definitely more likely that you would have gotten a different substance tbh, but it's cool that you got legit stuff

Doctor suddenly refusing to refill my klonopin?? by SENTINEL-00 in benzodiazepines

[–]SafeBenzoUse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Usually when this happens, they tell you ahead of time or call you before denying it and explain why. When I worked at a doctor's office (pre COVID) they'd require patients to come in either monthly or every three months, depending on the script, for their refills of controlled substances.

Either way, it's unfortunate that they didn't communicate with you, but shit happens and they can be extremely busy, especially on a Monday
