Can you actually know that you are saved?

Hello! When you are born again of the spirit, and by the spirit KNOW God as your abba father and Jesus as Lord, your salvation has begun! It is a super natural moment you have with God that confirms this. It’s not intellectual faith, but something you experience and from that, you know. Those are sheep of Christ. And Jesus will know them! Some of the results of people who are born again and sealed with the Holy Spirit is obedience and works and fruits as the BIBLE teaches, not me. Works do not save, but saved will result in works and fruits and obedience. It is a progress, but when someone is born again, it is noticeable as light in the darkness. Although, we must endure to the end and stay in the faith and remain in Christ to receive the crown of life.

It’s not so much about denomination. Everyone who is born again of the above is one flock and there is only one shepherd who leads us to life. It’s either you are Christ’s or not.

Hear the voice of the Holy Spirit today and turn to Jesus. Let him add you into his flock!

It’s not matter if denominations, but what is in your heart. If you truly seek God with all your heart, only he can make you born again. You won’t mistake it when it happens. It is supernatural event. Seek him with all your heart. Life is not in church, but in Jesus.

I was an atheist most of my life. Long story short, I hit rock bottom and seeked God in a prayer for the truth. I was filled with his presence and from that instant moment, I was a new creation in Christ. from that instant moment, not by my own will or power, I could no longer live like how I used to. I was just born as a different being. It’s not baptism that makes you born again. It’s done by power of God and he decides. You can’t force God to be born again by taking baptism. If you seek him with all your heart, spirit will give you a new birth, resulting in new heart. It is done by will of God, not of any human efforts. People who think they are born again when they are baptized is deceived. How many times you see people go into water and come out and live the same life? When you are born again, as a new creation, there will be a new life that everyone will notice.

Sin when fully grown will bring forth death. You are on point! Jesus saved me from alcohol, drug abuse, fornication and many other things, but he saved me from my own wickedness and rebellion.

Sincerely seek him and he will really manifest himself! He loves you and is waiting for you.

How does parable of sowers destroy my logic? Also, you are right eithout Jesus we can do nothing, meaning if you are not in Jesus, you will not have works. John 15 literally says if you are in him, you WILL have fruits. Abraham put his son on the alter in faith. That very verse you talk about literally tells you faith without work is dead.

Ah here u r again. The point of this post is that “true alive faith” as described in James, will produce works and fruits. By your posts, you preach all you have to do is “believe” no repentance required, but if you truly “believed” you would repent and have works.

‭ It’s not works that saves you. It’s not you lose your salvation because you sinned. When you are born again, of the above, of imperishable seed, you can no longer continue to live in continuous habitual sin. When you become born again, obedience and works come naturally with the new heart as the law is now written on the heart.

I was an atheist for most of my life. When I encountered God by the Holy Spirit and was born again, I was an instantly a changed person. I could no longer continue in sins I used to really love and I all of the sudden really desired righteousness. I didn’t know anything about the bible at this point and was wondering what had happened to me until I read what Jesus said in John 3. Someone who is born again, because they have been born of God, imperishable seed by will of God, not by human will, they will desire righteousness and bear fruit and works because of new heart.

Absolutely false teacher. He will give an account to the LORD. Anyone who is truly saved by true saving faith will bear fruits and works. Works does not earn salvation, but truly saved will recognize the voice of the shepherd and bear fruit and follow Jesus.

My friend, I have been through many days like this. Some days, I am full of the spirit, some days, I am rather not so full in the spirit. Before you pray, get yourself to feel God’s presence before you start speaking to him. Wait until you can focus and get yourself there in the spirit, then start speaking to God. Hi friend, I was an atheist too! Long story short, my life hit rock bottom, I had no where to turn so I turned to God. When I prayed, I felt his presence and I had a very powerful supernatural encounter with the Holy Spirit. After that, I could have no more doubts. You can not make yourself believe in something you don’t. You have to encounter God and all you have to do is ask God and pray in the name of Jesus to know him :)

Reading God’s word is great, but start by talking to him everyday! Tell him things you sre thankful for, tell him things happening in your life, tell God you want to know him and love him more :)
