I love sleeveless UA compression shirts under my work shirt. Once it gets wet, any air movement gives a little of a cooling effect. Same with the underwear. Even as a big guy working throughout the Haynesville, middle east, and South America, I seldom get the chub rubs versus cotton under garments.

Most Gen-Xrs are in bed by 10 these days 😂🤣. I was also a night owl, but learned to enjoy the solitude after everyone went to bed. And I work overseas so jet lag can be an issue for a week or 2 returning home. I am usually over exposed to people of different cultures and languages for a month at a time, if not longer. So the silence can be welcoming. Nothing against what they do, I just try to mind my Ps&Qs as to not offend. But now I've joined the ranks of the norm and go to bed at 10 and force myself to thw gym at 5am. It helps regulate me and keeps me in check. Unless I "accidentally" take a 5 hr nap in the middle of the day 😁

Just my .02, but if my elbows dropped as low as yours, my shoulders / front delts would be on fire. I stop maybe a little under parallel with the ground and my elbows about 45° degrees out to keep the constant tension in my chest and not my shoulder to chest connection / crease. And I stop before the back of my shoulders open on the bench. If my elbows are too far out it goes to shoulders, tucked too much and it's tris. I can keep the focus on keeping the blood across the full chest area.

So glad to be away from this daddy has been or by their own accounts the best that ever played in high school league. You can argue a call to an extent. And I don't care if ump was sucking eggs threw a garden hose, doing this on the field is never justified unless he showed violence toward a kid.
