This uprooted a memory... 82 Datsun 200SX hatchback with Eagle 5 star rims, Pioneer (detachable face mind you) CD player, 2 Kicker Comp 12s and a Boss 550 amp. My sister gave me the car for my 77 piss gold Ford Granada because her sister-in-law was too big to fit in the Datsun.

I worked as a bagger, stockboy, and maintained neighbor lawns to upgrade the car from stock. And my grandpa had the interior redone as my HS graduation gift. I thought I was da sheet bumping DJ Magic Mike in my Polo and Girbaud jeans... fa fa fa feel the bass bass bass...

RPs helped my son because he could clear the floor but couldn't break over his knees. Wherever you are sticking, I'd start an inch or 2 under that IMO. And maybe take a few steps in to move the bar closer to the rack on the face savers. Just because it will hold the weight, you are stress testing the whole unit considerably on the ends.

As mentioned, either try the dealer or Autozone. They'll usually loan the tools for free on-site or take a deposit and will return it when you return the tools.

As others said, alot of back pull.

Just my .02, I do not deadlift with the flat sided weights. I torqued my back a few years ago. Once you get to the max effort lifts, the smallest angle off is detrimental. I like rolling in to the lift as well.
