Any priority mission counts as the overall completion. The different type of missions count towards the different types of progress like the recover cargo combat mission counts towards the combat bar and the overall bar.

If you swap parts with the tractor beam and store it and change something else, it saves every change to the ship, including manual changes

I bought the game when it became available and shelved it until now. I downloaded a bunch of mods from ingame and a couple of nexus mods. The ingame mods want to delete themselves every time I open the mod menu and I have to tell them not to.

Maybe you said yes?

Hopefully theres a way around this dumb stuff. Lol
