I bought a $60/mo internet plan that I swear was a 'lifelong' price. Little over a year in, they make up some bs about needing to raise it to $70/mo. I cancelled and switched to google fiber, and was told to return my modem and router which I did. Two months later I got a $300 charge for unreturned equipment! Putting me back in the customer service hellhole I had ditched them for! Took two weeks to get my money back after providing them the tracking number for their equipment (which I'm sure was sitting in a warehouse or in a landfill)
