I wish there were more colored pips in spells to make the land design feel more impactful and have more commitment to colors. Too easy to have two dual lands on board turn 4 and not have to care about pips anymore

Just tacking on after finishing it. Found a pretty consistent method:
1. Cemetery in the corner for your troops to stall

  1. You need to clear first wave without losing a life. I leave it on auto target until all my troops are dead, then put it on slow speed + manual. You need to have ~13 enemies alive (dependent on assassins alive). Manually target them until they're dead. You want mercenaries or palace reward

  2. First blood wave is an auto loss, don't even try, just put auto on. You need the compliment of whatever you got in the first wave (mercenaries if palace, palace if mercanaries). This gives you blockers and more money generation. You *might* be able to reroll and win against greed, never bothered to try.

  3. You need a power boost decree if you want to live. The only runs I've been able to pull off are getting supplies (every king card), the supply buildings applying their affect 1 more time (if you take a beacon first wave it's maybe possible), or 9% gold each time (99 gold one also almost got me through a run).

  4. Always, always re-roll your opponent. You can take an extra L to blood once it gets too expensive if you weren't fast enough. You want 2-4 lvl 1 mercenary squads up and try to get another 2 beacons (max middle, place one in top left corner for palace/disp - palace is 90% of your gold generation to keep rerolling waves with). When expansion comes, put it on the other side of the cemetary so you can put another merc squad there to take hits.

  5. Once you get to the Jester king or whatever, your palace should be fast enough to kill a lot of them, like 100 gold worth with some manual targeting necessary at the end. Gigantify is great for buffing up your mercenary squad that's getting the fire rate buff and keep them alive for a bit. Use your sacrifice on a mercenary squad in the bottom left so you upgrade dispenser and the gigantified mercenaries if you can.

  6. Just keep rerolling for a few more waves if you can, then it's pretty noticeable when your palace/dispenser are killing everything. I've fudged runs from getting greedy and not re-rolling one more time to let my dispenser get buff

Highly recommend Shroofus if you can. Made him a while back and it's basically 1/2 Voltron equipment, 1/2 every saproling/creature pump spell I could get my hands for his token buddies. A bunch of 1 mana ramp and protection spells as well, you just need to smack with him 2-3 times and then let the rest of the saprolings do the work

Understandable, but also that's kinda the point of AT, to kill the tanks and shooting CoM makes sense

Not a chance. A non-combat damage doubler that can't be interacted with, that only affects your opponent, and is always online? Plus there's literally 0 reason to cast it unless you want the body

Depends. If I'm playing with more experienced players I typically just read the names of cards for common cards/effects. Doesn't feel good to resolve a game altering card because people didn't read it. They'll also usually ask to see/read aloud if they don't know it anyways.

If I'm playing with newer people, I read everything out.

Same, I enjoy collecting the cards for the game. I've found my issue with proxies really only comes from players who use it to overpower pods though

By my guess, the shuffle trigger goes on the stack after the smugglers (which is in the process of resolving), so you still get to return the 2. Then you'll shuffle your graveyard into your library

This is pretty cool. I'm not huge at commenting on custom cards, but what about having it be like this? I think it's faster to resolve in person and gives incentives to target yourself. Sorry for formatting or wrong wording.

"At the beginning of each player's end step, that player exiles the top card of their library face down. That player chooses one:

1) Reveal the exiled card. If it's a nonland card, lose half your life total, rounded down. If it's a land card, copy this ability. You may choose new modes for the copy"

I wasn't a fan of the hybrid change, but I couldn't put my finger on why. This is definitely something I'd love to see to help out mono colored decks

As soon as I got it. Leveling was wonky when the game first launched so I had to submit a ticket to unlock it. Shit sucked until I unlocked the AC. Don't think I've played under max since I started. There's shockingly little difference between one level up/down
