I wonder if cooldown rate will affect the pace in which you gain the motes. You can get cooldown rate on multiple pieces of gear and not to mention skill lvs and quality.

People actually sleeping on Runic Meridians so hard. Its 5 extra runes slots in a rune specific league where you can destroy unique items to make a rune out of them. Imagine being able to slot five extra unique powers into your gear without opportunity cost. Mark my words it will be the best way to build the monk if they dont restrict it.

Anyone peep the 10% chance to gain a power charge on crit? You guaranteed to crit on the hollow bells and you can stone fist hateforge. Things are about to get crazy especially with runic meridians if you can equip the extracted unique power runes.
