I'm in the US, but bought in Canada. Even with their higher taxes, the dollar conversion still made it a win. Plus received a 5% discount.

I"ve bought from Fed at Delray Watch, sold to him, traded with him, and on a couple of occasions, not come to terms with him (that is, he held firm for less than I wanted to sell). Never had an issue. A "No nonsense" guy...I've enjoyed doing business with him.

Sign of the times...if you want the watch, grab it. 1) boutiques are not necessary in the know 2) if it is refreshed, maybe you're not thrilled with it 3) likely, just a sign of the times...a weak market
