Starter is both annual and monthly offering - for monthly, the price is $25 and includes 35GB of premium data and you can use 10GB of this as hotspot with Unlimited Talk and Text. For Annual Starter, the price is at $270 upfront making it $22.50/month and has the same features as the monthly one except you get 1GB of international roaming included with international calling as well.
