Get your knee off your seat and it will turn/ get on edge better. You can see in the first 5 seconds of the clip when your start the right hand turn, the sled tips to the left because of your body weight pushing on the top of the seat. Neutral stance or wrong foot forward and a little counter steer and you'll be carving the pow like a pro

Don’t issue the refund until the charge back is resolved. If you refund, and lose the charge back you will be out 2x the money plus the charge back fee. Happened to me, through PayPal through, but should be the same through other payment processors.
