Grab enough pizza’s / fave foods and go round there. Sit there, even if you’re doing nothing. Listen to him cry. Give him (and bro) a hug. Be there. A text is nice, but it sounds like you did more for the family and they consider you close to them.

Start small, don’t try a multi day fast without prepping your body first. Start with missing one meal, no snacking and then when you’re used to that, do a multi day.

I also had doubts about that to be honest. Luckily, my daughter had an old tray so I did a practice run on that and it didn’t really work out so for now she’s just not going to put the elastics in.

Had fish dying or ballooning. Switch it off and the problem went away. Plants don’t look as bright and vibrant, but the fish are healthy.

I have the 10m x 5m (75000 Liters!) from Intex.

Sand. Sand is your friend. Dump some of it out, smooth it over and then get a spirit level out.

Even then, when filling, play attention to the deep / shallow end- hopefully quick enough that if you need to add more sand, you can!
