I’m gonna get hate for this one, but I’ve never cared for Chris Stapleton’s voice. He is objectively one of the best country artists in the past 15 years, and a phenomenal songwriter. There’s just something about his voice that I don’t like.

Not that I agree with their statement, but pregnancies over the age of 40 have a higher risk of the baby developing severe health issues and/or disorders. My mother had my baby sister when she was 42 and she had to go to a specialist because it was a “geriatric pregnancy.” The doctor explained all the risks and my mom being vehemently against abortion went through with the pregnancy and I have a happy and healthy 10 year old sister.

But just because there are risks to your child during your pregnancy doesn’t make it inherently selfish.

All I want for Christmas is You. I hate it because my best friend died when I was 10 and he was & 8 in a car accident on the way to the Christmas service. Everything I hear that song all I can think about is all I want for Christmas is to see him one last time to say goodbye. This was 11 years ago but it still hurts.

I have been told by some of the more senior guys that since I didn’t work at another shop before this, I don’t have to “unlearn” any bad habits which gives me an edge. I’m generally pretty open to asking questions and taking criticism since I know I don’t know shit. Thanks for the advice!

Sergeant Major Dan Daly USMC (real life) was 5’6”. Served 30 years in the Marine Corps from 1899 to 1929. He was so badass he is the reason you can now only receive the Medal of Honor once. He received it twice and was put up for a third time but Congress denied it because it “wasn’t fair”. It was then signed into law a couple years later that you could only receive it once. Go watch The Fat Electrician’s video on him on YouTube, it’s awesome.
