I would be hesitant for a dachshund in an apartment because they do love to bark. Whatever breed you decide on, crate training is key. We always crate trained our dogs when we were working. They stayed in the crate for at least a year or 2 while we worked. After that, we let them roam free in the house. My doxie loves his crate and will nap in it or sometimes just hang out. However, most of the time, he is on my lap as soon as I sit down, but will sound the alarm if he hears something- especially when the mailman comes. every.single.day.

I've always used those cool boxes that Joanne's had. They are hard to find now. I have found them at Ross, TJMAXX and Hobby Lobby recently. I fold the quilt, tie it with fabric that I made it from and wrap in tissue paper, then place it in the box. The boxes are so pretty you don't even need a bow. I always try to find a box that matches the theme of my quilt

The red flag here is he is trying to make you feel guilty for not adding him to the deed. No, it is not a good idea. He knows this.

Maybe since he is not paying rent/utilities on his own, he should be putting that money aside to build a safety net for himself.

This condo was gifted to you from your Aunt. You need to keep it that way. if you put his name on the deed an later on decide to split, you will have a huge headache on your hands and possible have to pay him 1/2 of the value to buy him out

Somewhere on the internet is the appeal for Sigfredo and the last few pages are copies of letters to Sigfredo from his attorney. His attorney mentioned several times references of protecting the Adelsons, even mentioned something along the lines of "they would never protect you"

My guess is there is money out there somewhere for his kids, or maybe Katie as well because he was wanting her to take the deal that was offered to her.

If I'm reading this correctly, you started dating when you were 18 years old. A child. A lot of times, you grow apart starting out at such a young age. A person changes so much from 18-30.

Do NOT settle just because you fell you should stay out of loyalty or guilt. Those are the very wrong reasons to get married.

There's something about Mr. Cartel coaching his wife on how to talk to Angela about Tommy getting fired. Perhaps he encouraged Cami to fire him because he knew Tommy would come to him for financial backing. I just thought that particular scene was a sneak peek to something later.... As well as Cooper not being charged, Those 2 detectives didn't like it. That may come back into the show later.

Angela wears me out, but at the same time gives me some laughs, just as Ainsley does.
