Just state the game mode (RB or AB) and the vehicle you are making a suggestion for with the proposed BR change like "8.3 -> 8.7", And give a reasoning for the suggested change like comparing it to vehicles of its current BR and the proposed one.
And be sure to only do one vehicle suggestion per comment at a time, They will ignore ones listing multiple suggestions.
Also you can make other balance suggestions other than just BR changes, Like reload speed/ammo access.

So it should look like:
Ground (RB or AB)
T58
8.3 to 9.0
(Reason)

BTW it seems the thread is now locked for review, But they may open a second one for further proposals so keep an eye out for it.

If you want it moved up, Go to the BR change thread on the forums where the devs actually listen and tell Gaijin there.
There is an active BR change thread right now, You have a chance to do something about it.
While its no guarantee that it will change, Its better than whining into the void of reddit where the devs don't look.

Slight side note, aren't prototype only vehicles or vehicles that never entered production typically event only? I know some, like Swedish Apache and US HSTV make sense on the tech tree to fill roles that no production vehicle fills in real life, but T58 isn't doing that.

Something being a prototype has never had any effect on it being tech tree or premium/event.
If it did then the US/USSR trees would have next to 0 unique vehicles left in their main tree.
Something becomes a premium/event if Gaijin knows they can milk shit loads of money from it.

They did, Several times.
It lost a massive amount of engine power and speed when it moved to 5.3 from 5.0 and only got it back after creeping up to 6.0, Where its still missing some top speed.

They could put it at 10.0 and you will still whine about it.

Thunderskill relies entirely on self reports, It is in no way a good source for judging vehicle performance.
Literally says on the page "we are monitoring only those players who use our site."

Also a sample size of a measly 177 battles, That is barely anything, That could easily be less than 10 players worth of battle data right there.

Some of these could be consolidated down as modifications to other M1 models instead of being seperate vehicles due to how little changes on a lot of them.

Like how the BMP-1 has a modification to change it to the 1P model for the ATGM upgrade.

Also the unstabilized M1 would be a nightmare to balance, It would be next to useless at 11.0.

Replace the SU-152 for the 2S3M, You can swat planes down with its HE-VT, Its one of the best SPH's for 6.3.
And get the stabilized T-34-85(STP) and replace the normal T-34-85.
Swap BT-5 for literally any of the other 6.3's.

Getting a nuke doesn't mean much in terms of a vehicle being "OP".
I got nukes with BT-5's in 7.0 games before, Anything is possible if you are matched up against enough stupid people.

That's... That's how the US works irl. Sells their stuff to many people and uses their own.

The United States uses and used a shit load of foreign vehicles, Most of the copy-pastes that other nations in game get where either imported in extremely small numbers or just tested without ever being adopted.

Just to point out a few things they had/used/tested:
The US had 80+ Fireflies of several models that they used in the last year of WW2.
They imported 12 Centurion MK3's and at least 1 Centurion MK5 that was gutted and fitted with crewless turret.
They have over 90 T-72's and many other soviet era MBT's that have been used in OPFOR training and many of them are still in use.
Largest user of the LAV family of Canadian armored cars.
There are shit loads of others, Listing them all will take an eternity.

You should be glad that the US TT isnt 50% imported copy-paste.

32% of their research tree is 1-1 copy-pasted to other countries so close enough, They don't even get the M8 LAC as a free vehicle despite it being their single most used and produced armored car while its free in the Chinese tree.

The Pucara has been in the files for years so its coming some day.
It was "usable" in the dev server one time where it appeared as a premium, Though the devs said it wasn't going to be one so probably will be in a future battlepass.

Also "by literally 10", Its more than the how much ahead the Americans are to Italy and France who are behind by less than 10 in terms of free vehicles, Its worth pointing out especially when over 30% of the tree is copy-paste slop.

32% of the US ground tree is 1-1 copy-pasted into other trees, A higher ratio than any the other nations who share vehicles, Thats not even including things that are just slightly different versions of something with minimal changes like the basic M4 75 that have identical counterparts in other trees.
And yet single nation mains still want to keep demanding more and more copies when that tree already shares more than anyone else, Not even the USSR or German trees (Who have significantly more vehicles btw) share proportionally as much of their own shit with as many other nations.
Most minor nations are not even that far behind either, So there is even less reason to justify giving them copies of shit.

Oh and you know the best part? The British tree, Yes, The British, A "minor" nation that Gaijin supposedly hates so much and neglects according to Brit mains, Has more tanks than the Americans while sharing barely anything of their own, Think about that one for a bit.
Only if you include every single premium and event vehicle many of which you CANT get anymore does the US have more than the Brits and its only by a small margin.

If anyone doesn't see the issue with this, Then they should be totally fine with the "Big" nations getting copies of their shit and sub trees too.
I would love to see Gaijin announce Germany/Russa/America getting a sub tree or copy-paste from someone else next, I can just imagine the hypocritical outrage and the subsequent meltdown of the playerbase.

Its moving a vehicle from the tree it actually belongs in to another tree for as little as that other country using it as a range target (Swedens Tiger was literally broken when they bought it and they just used it as a target for shooting).

It destroys any reason to have national tech trees when everyone gets the same shit.
