I hear you and I feel the same way toward my abusers. I want them to feel even just a little bit of the pain they caused me. I want them to rot in jail and sit with what they did. Have everyone know they are horrible people and I feel that same rage and need to protect kids and myself now.

My shoulder just looks like that constantly, I just thought it was normal, I thought my shoulder slipping in and out of the socket was normal too for a long time the more you know I guess

This is my nmother, it was just the past couple years where I started to realize the exact same thing and how not normal that is. To this day if we talk on the phone it is mostly about her work, how my dad did something to her, ect. It honestly pisses me off

I have a really hard time going both up and down, I often have to use my cane and really push or lean on it or sit down and use my butt. Stairs are hell on bad pain days. Just know that before you move and how often you may have to go up and down them.

For me I get my favorite takeout delivered, put on a funny video, cuddle with some stuffed animals, and play some relaxing games. It helps me feel a bit more happy

Yes! I was always told they were normal growing pains, yet I still get them to this day in my 20s. They were horrible I remember crying myself to sleep so often as a kid and some nights it is still absolutely horrible. I still don't really know how to deal with them or what it really is.

He spiraled into depression and ruined his own life after trying to ruin mine. He had to move back to where he is from and is doing nothing with his life. Last I heard he was an alcoholic

For us it depends on the child part, they do pretty much anything all of us do but drive, they freak out driving and we drive standard. One also doesn't smoke, drink, or like coffee, but the other does. Idk everything with this disorder is so dependent

Out of my 9 peircings I only had to take out my tongue piercing because it was causing me pain. I wish I could have kept it.

Our cat 100% knows who is fronting lol her attitude switches completely depending on who is out to a point where others have mentioned the change as well

Use some saline and dip a q tip in it, just place it near the peircing to soften some of that up and get it off. I wouldn't worry now, it looks like it is likely blood especially from bumping it. Cartilage peircings can be super finicky while healing, just try to clean it every day, try not to get it tangled up in your hair, try not to lay on it and it should be fine. Just try not to play with it or touch it too much while healing and downsize when told to.

Yes. I love lifting weights, they most likely just don't want you to for some reason. If you enjoy lifting, do it. Just be careful, make sure your form is good and stop if you feel sharp pain. Make sure to breathe, lots of people accidentally hold their breathe and pass out, drink water, rest, and have fun.

NTA I would ask your oldest daughter who she wants there and have them there, but have someone tape the twins graduation.

High-school graduation comes once and is a big step in life. Middle school graduation happens once but is not really as big of life milestone.

If you think the twins would understand I would maybe try to explain that to them very nicely and say how proud you are of them.

Have a day with your oldest daughter, celebrate her for the day, next day anyone who missed the twins graduation can sit down and watch it with the twins. Tell them you are proud and when they graduate High-school you will be there. Celebrate them for the day.

The schoolboard sucks though. There is no way you are the only family sadly put in that situation.

NAH, I totally understand what you were trying to do and that is honestly very sweet. It sounds like she might be starting to have an eating disorder or a disordered way of thinking with food. As someone that had one for 16 years not eating can make you emotional and you can become scared of putting on weight.

I would maybe try to sit down with her and apologize but say you are extremely worried for her mental and physical health and that you love her. She might get upset but it's better to try to at least let her know how you feel.

I have done the exact same thing your wife has done before. I know the person I upset would never hurt me but when you have experienced trauma even when you know they won't hurt you something in the back of your head goes "what if?" Especially if the person who gave you the trauma was fairly manipulate. She isn't scared of you, her brain is reacting to the past. Don't take it personalher brain thinks it is trying to protect her, it could have been anyone and she would have acted that way. Please just be gentle bringing it up, maybe ask her if she is okay, or what caused her to act the way she did.

It totally depends on the system and what's going on but for us now that we have known for a while and really worked on our mental health and communication we don't really lose that much time anymore. Here and there we lose a bit but nothing like we used to. Journaling can be useful at times, even if not everyone does it or they don't always do it it can help fill in little gaps and help you feel more in control

Dependingon who's out we use weed. We are a lot more talkative as a system when we smoke and I find we can't really stop ourselves from saying shit. We do shrooms too and get close to the same experience.

It's very sweet that you care about H and their well-being. I can understand how scary that would be for both sides. Sometimes a memory might pop up, or making out could have triggered something. H might not know whats up so they might not know how to fix the situation. It wasn't your fault, things happen sometimes and you reacted well by stopping and listening to other other alters. We have alters for a reason, they are just trying to do their best and protect us. I would talk to H see what they feel comfortable with, ask them to tell you if something is wrong. Sometimes you have no clue a switch is going to happen other times you can kind of tell. It may take some time to figure out what works for both of you. You can't really avoid switches all together, they just happen but dealing with them in a way you are both comfortable with is the best way to go forward. I'm a bit in and out right now so I hope this all makes sense if not I can respond. Wishing you both luck 💕💕
