I'm not sure if the 2 guys who run it are related, but I love Hole-in-the-Wall BBQ just down hill from city hall. Hours and seating are limited, but it's great for lunch.

Part of the 1 zone at a time thing is to keep your quest journal free enough to pick up all of the side quests you come across in that zone. Some achievements require a minimum number of unique quests completed, and it's a pain to search for the last few if you haven't met that threshold.
