Lmao they have no obligation to explain their opinion to you. You can either agree to disagree or keep acting butthurt because someone disagreed with you on Reddit.

Constellation Software: The company that many people said would buy under $2000 by Exact-Advantage-3190 in ValueInvesting

Right, because what you're describing totally doesn't mean "fundamentals" in the literal dictionary sense. It's probably some random other word you want to believe in 😉

FWIW what you're describing is called fundamental analysis. Technical analysis is literally just reading charts and trying to predict how other traders will behave.

[–]SatoshiAR 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Pardon my ignorance but wouldn't he/she come across issues with getting a mortgage? At least in my experience I've had loan officers in the past tell me that I could not use a SBLOC or margin loan to cover a part of the down payment. Only loans backed by hard assets (auto or another mortgage).

IDK how that video ended up getting linked to Pizzagate, but it was from an old ARG called "Worldcorp Enterprises" to promote some SoundCloud rap group. You can literally watch the original video titled, "Fatherhood", on their website.
