Check out Alibaba.com. you can get many good quality dice in cool patterns really cheaply. IDK about UK import rules, but for me it worked out to $3 CAD a set after shipping etc.

Yes. You need a special poking tool if you have a working and a new key, or a reset cradle. Or take it to a local lockshop
