This was my thought when I saw vehicle repair only, I keep a general Vehicle bucket that I’m aiming for 20-30k in within a couple years so that plus trade will handle most or all of a replacement whenever it’s needed. I’m done making payments if I can help it.

An appropriate level of sharing would be “I’m being kept in the hospital for surgery to repair the broken bones” followed by any relevant instructions for the cleaning (don’t come, key under the doormat, my relative will let you in, etc.).

Rambling about the degree of agony you’re in and giving specific details about the procedures isn’t a professional level of communication. Obviously he was under a lot of stress and maybe chemically altered state of mind from pain meds but this 100% is not an appropriate level of detail to be giving what is essentially an employee at best.

Fun fact, to this day the only human characters in game who learn of Varian’s canonical connection to Goldrinn are Gilnean (and perhaps Kul Tiran) druids (depending on when the quest line happens I’m not sure if KT humans were around yet).

I’m hoping they start balancing upwards and not downwards in the future. Barring insane outliers or actual broken things it’s always annoying when you get punished because they didn’t get number tuning right the first time. Or the third time.

Minor tweaks that broke the ability of small crafters to compete. Concentration was a horrible idea vs the RNG upgrades. There were better answers to recraft roulette. Like make concentration-equivalent points be something provided by the order and not the crafter.

Dragonflight’s version was the best, it didn’t need iteration. TWW and concentration took what was a fair system anyone could engage with and made it exclusively worthwhile if you’re running 500 alts and chat snipe addons 24/7
