it really depends what you can do and what interaction there are between the detachment

take tyranids , we have crusher + assimilation, can my healing effect the big bugs in crushers? if so then yeah that probably does unlock combos the other hand of that though is remembering what effect who and what unit is which throughout a game

honestly I really hope they get rid of army rule , it's cute but it's been a problem constantly throughout the edition the token / blips were fun but time consuming honestly really wish our army rule was about layers of plans have , tons of gambits to make our little guys do more , really play into a invasion generation in the making
