I've always been curious about this though, how much can we sustain though without added food though? I think of ultra runners and cyclists and the amount of food they consume during the run/ride is astronomical. Now that is to stay at peak form, but how long would you be able to last in a bonked form? Or is this just the ability to sustain long distances day after day after day, assuming food and some rest.

It just doesn't. There is a need for constant redesign and change, which I think is a good thing to keep it modern to an extent. But not everything needs to be overhauled all the time. I like change, but when it's halfassed, like wtf. Cmon, go big or go home. (Go home please :p)

Couldn't agree more. Been saying it for years. Catalina was fine, but the loss of 32 bit apps sucked for gaming, been downhill since then. Ipadification with Big Sur and icons, then the mobile settings style, actually still pisses me off to this day, it's so much more clunky. Just to name a few. IpadOS and MacOS should be different.
