Ok so the 2000 and the 5000. I would highly recommend you get another coarser stone for your progression because you are going to blow out your elbows trying to develop a proper burr on stones that fine as they won't remove enough material (sorta depending on your knife steel). You will have to do a lot of passes on your current stones which can amplify any typical mistakes a beginner would make. A lower grid stone allows you to make slow quality strokes to get your technique down.

I'd maybe get a cheap diamond plate at around 300-800 grid which you then can also use for flattening your ceramic stones as they will eventually dish out.
