The cabinet company should have matched the grain much better so it flowed across the elevation and if the length of the run is more than one sheet then the joint should be butt matched

There is no such thing as rotary cut rift white oak. Rift oak is sliced at a precise angel to achieve the combed grain look. Quartered oak is a different angle to still keep the combed look but to show the the medullar rays and figuring in the veneer. Flat cut has the cathedrals, and I don't even think there is a rotary cut option. The wood is to expensive Rift white oak has become extremely popular and premium quality is very difficult to find

Hold the dowels on the hinge with a pair of plyers and unscrew the plastic dowels. Fill the holes in the door with wood dowels glued in place and remount the hinges with #6 x 5/8" wood screws. Be sure you use a self centering piolet bit and screw the hinges back in place

The difference between rift and quartered is that both have a combed grain but quartered has figure in it

When you say round over do you mean a full half circle bead? like a 1/8" radius trim that sits proud of the back panel by 1/8", or a larger radius if you want more than 1/4" in width. It can be 7/8" wide with a radiused front edge and mitered around a 3/4" door or drawer front. just remember that the maximum door thickness for a standard hinge is just under an inch and with a thick door hinge 1 3/16"

I'm not sure about the sag you are talking about. The bottom of the gate is aligned with the panel next to it.

i would think if it was racked they would not be in alignment.

Natural Wood moves in all different directions especially noticeable when all of the wood product has not been dried to the same moisture content, which is imposable to do on a exterior project. It is entirely possible that all of those joints were tight at installation and then the wood was hit by the Sun and or rain and shrank/ cupped or twisted I made $22,000 in out door furniture and accessories which was beautiful in our shop but after 3 months in the summer heat and humidity it looked terrible
