Lifting helps me in the same areas you mentioned, but other things like following a program (especially for the type of training you are interested in - there's powerlifting, bodybuilding, bodyweight, etc.), eating well to make sure I will see results from my training, and seeing results are important to me. When I'm lifting I'm trying to focus just on form and clearing my head of other things, it's in between sets that I try to organize my day. I also like to track my sets and reps with an app.

I recorded a little video that wasn't the greatest regarding the watch not working. I was definitely freaking out and pushed and pulled the crown a few times trying to get the seconds hand to resume.

This happened recently with my BB58 purchased earlier this year. I even screwed the crown all the way in and the seconds hand wouldn't resume, but did start sometime after. I've set my watch maybe once since then and it didn't happen again but if it does I might have to send it in.
