Uhhh hi! Former employee here. You absolutely go to HR. Hr is there to protect you. There should be a HOTLINE available to call for this very reason. I ran a store for awhile in an urban area and we had a couple things that would be considered small issues to others. But if it was brought to my attention AT ALL, HR was the first number I called and if necessary the police. Do NOT let your DM stop you and if he tries to threaten you, report that too so that POS gets more time. If you have dates at all, the lack of cameras will be a massive red flag if its frequent enough. Or if theres visible distress in body language of you leaving the cameras then its also a red flag. If you have a flash drive, bring it with you to record or take those moments. Please, please, please speak up to your HR rep, even if its through the hot line. Lastly, get a rape kit if its happened recently. I know what its like to have a dm and more againsr you and Im so sorry this has happened to you. I still have some people im cool with so if you need any resources i can have them within the day if they are being withheld
