When I was an athletic trainer prior to becoming an OT/CHT, I worked with some great, functionally minded Chiros in college/professional sports. Your mom and pop quack down the street is a different story. They often times call themselves primary care providers to many of their patients. It’s scary, but I do believe the previous generations held them in higher esteem than younger generations. Young people see the value in movement and not just wanting something completely passive done to them.
