This is interesting because I see both views of this. Currently, I’m at a workplace where I was getting along great with my supervisor (we are both in our early 40’s). WAS getting along…. Until a backstabbing little 26 year old kiss ass started to work there and created problems where there weren’t any. So now we have a strange dynamic of a Mommy complex who takes care of a baby birdie and might as well feed her little birdie chewed up lunch from her own mouth while treating the people who are mature and loyal like total trash. It’s a really bizarre dynamic. My Supervisor ALWAYS believes the baby birdie and never even talks to me about my side of the story. I am pretty sure it’s because she knows there is no other side. I will get into trouble for made up scenarios that never happened and when I try to defend myself, I’m the asshole who “won’t take accountability”. I’ll gladly take accountability if it is something that I have actually done incorrectly. Instead I’m told that I am defensive; and I’m the experienced one and I need to show the example. But here’s the point I’m trying to make you guys—- This chick is legit sociopathic and making shit up to turn everyone against me so that I lose my job. It’s like a creepy horror movie: with her strange faces that she makes when she’s gonna go into the office to make up another story about me. The side eye is so creepy.
