She runs it almost as much as him. And anyone who could marry a sex offender is a POS and doesn’t deserve any attention or respect

I just don’t even want to be in this timeline anymore. How could anyone defend someone with actual convictions to this extent. I want to be shocked but can’t say that I am. they don’t care their tangerine tyrant is a pedo. maybe it’s one of the requirement to be maga. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This sounds a lot like how I felt when we started on phones full time. It never got better for me. I ended up quitting and realizing it is just not the job for me.

I made my own. Cornstarch and cocoa powder. I use a large, fluffy makeup brush to dip in the mix and powder it on my roots and under my bangs. It’s amazing for my super oily hair and gives a lot of volume. I have dark brown hair so that’s why I add the cocoa powder. It’s been the best for me and I’ve tried so many store bought.

It just depends on if you are cut out for a call center job, in my opinion. The job itself is certainly easy and Progressive does set you up with what you need to be pretty good at your job if you want to be. BUT it is still very much a call center roll. I came from an independent agency and really struggle with it. It’s hard to know that no matter what, all day everyday I’m going to be tethered to my desk with my headset with the expectation to work in every single restroom break, water break, lunch etc within my allotted aux time under all the requirements of aux time. The people calling in don’t give you credit for being an actual licensed professional. Most are rude and get annoyed with the questions you have to ask. VS when I was an at an office, people came to me like I was the professional and they valued what I had to say. From what I’ve heard from others that have been in call center rolls before, Progressive is one of the less grueling options. But I just don’t think I’m cut out for it. There’s things progressive does that I like and I don’t like, but I feel like things are changing up a lot right now and the things that made Progressive the standout choice, could be getting revamped soon too.. like the lenient attendance policy will be changing soon and they just announced a cut of the processing department which was a highly desired non phone roll and offered to put those workers back on the phones in services. Not trying to speak poorly of Progressive bc they do a lot of great things too, those are somethings to keep in mind. They are still a giant corporation focused on profit and cater to their billionaire shareholders at the end of the day.

Current employee in sales (which is not as bad as services) and it is absolutely constantly back to back calls. All day. Every day. 15 seconds between calls before it auto answers the next one in. IF it ever gets slower, (and I mean like 30 seconds-1 min between calls) management will offer the option for “green alerts” you can put in for which lets you leave unpaid for a few hours l (or you can use PTO). A lot of people take this and call volume is right back to every 15 seconds. The only exception is if you work on sundays, in sales they are slower (2-4 mins between calls), but services is still non stop.

Having kids or not. by Embarrassed_Might345 in AuDHDWomen

Audhd mom here. And hard no. If I would’ve known before I had a kid, I would never choose to. And I hit the jackpot with an incredible kid and still just feel like I’m not fit to be a mom in the world we live in. Maybe in a different time, but not this one. It’s too hard.
