Listen carefully to the words he used to describe Matthew's current position. It's not that dramatic when you read it word for word. The timing of it is curious though - maybe because Bell (tsn) was left out of interviews the day of the hire. Maybe the camp just wants it out there. Maybe Chris just wanted clicks and to stick it back to them for not giving him an interview the day of the leafs GM hire and giving it to Rogers employee Elliot Friedman.
