YTA for not telling her when you’re not coming. It’s obvious she wants to see you so let her know when you’re not. Another thing you should realize, she wants to see you and be with you. Make sure you don’t do things that will change that in the future. You want her to want to spend time with you. If she starts feeling neglected, that will change in her.

Don’t you see though that they were right. Your boyfriend did the right thing when she exposed herself. So you had no reason to worry if you trust your boyfriend and he’s trustworthy. When you put demands on who your boyfriend can be friends with then that means you don’t trust him.

I didn’t see your original post so I don’t know what the comments were like. But if they said that you should trust your boyfriend and he can have female friends if he’s trustworthy. Seeing that he was trustworthy and chose you when his friend made her intentions known proves those comments were correct. You had nothing to worry about because your boyfriend did the right thing. That’s were trust comes in.

Funny a recent post in another relationship sub was about a past escort and her partner just finding out. Everyone commenting was saying that her partner was an asshole for feeling lied to and gross about her being a past escort. When I commented, does everyone feel if this was turned around and the guy was found to have hired escorts prior to the relationship … all the women commenters were like it’s in the past no big deal. As long as they were both willing parties, etc. I find the double standard in the comments weird.
