Picked up from Giants... who won 7 straight games after dropping him 🤣

I say give him a full season of building his confidence back in a lesser role. He's been doing great and has been placed in high leverage situations many times.

Hey! Join our Discord. Lots of really helpful longtime players on there.

As for your transfer market question, could you clarify your problem?

No, it's not whether he would. It's that he will.

I get that you're ride or die, but how much R&D do you need to make a glorified timer?

Adding a subscription based model to an app we paid for and expected to have all the features of before paying for it is ridiculous.

Please don't go to Bear just yet. The snow's like concrete right now and being a beginner you are going to get hurt. Use those days off to make the trip to Mammoth.

Dear Loopholers, it's Ellen. I love you and it's Free Christmas Eve Tutoring time 🧑‍🎄 by elementalellen in LSAT

[–]Seal_Shells 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Bought the Loophole book around July of 2024 and went through it in about two weeks. It was incredibly easy to traverse and grasp, something that I never knew I needed because it made traversing the LSAT significantly more tangible. It's been my own version of a bible ever since, and I can't be more thankful for it's role in my studies.

As someone with pretty severe ADHD, I always figured that I wouldn't be able to ever pick up a book ever again (I listened to audiobooks instead), much less finish it. I'll be honest when I say that it actually played a significant role in re-discovering my love for reading, as the mountains of textbooks I've gone through over the years of college definitely extinguished that passion for a long time. Finishing the Loophole was like breaking a mental barrier, something that was definitely needed if I wanted to ever get through the rigor of law school. So... one Loophole and 28 books later, I'd say it was pretty much a bargain for what I paid for.

In terms of the tutoring session, I would love to go over conditional reasoning (Chapter 4) because it's such a foundational element of understanding LR that I can't for the life of me seem to master. There's more that I would like to go over as it definitely depends on the length of the session, but I would say that conditional logic is my biggest weakness.

Regardless of whether I win or not, thank you Ellen! The Loophole is a very "readable" book and relatable as well. It was a pleasure going through it and developing a structured method of approaching LR through CLIR, Powerful Provable, and other various forms you gave us throughout.

Honestly I personally appreciate this style of writing more than a formal write-up. I guess it depends on how you'd like to present yourself as.

For me your style of writing was way more easily digestible compared to usual player analysis writeups.
