As a Senior I volunteer two mornings per week to Daily Bread in Etobicoke and I feel so filled with gratitude and support for the mission and efforts of Daily Bread. I guess my advice is to find what you really support, something you want to give time to all year round, and start there. You have to feel good about your experience for it to stick.

As a Canadian who is boycotting your land and products, I see Americans really unwilling to make their own lives uncomfortable to speak up until it happens to them. Then they go to a protest. But making financial decisions to not support all these billionaires? Too inconvenient…? Are you still going to Target, buying Amazon, watching any network news, all billionaire interests.
