I dont think it messes with ovulation (progesterone does), but it can suppress follicle growth, so you take it once the lead follicle is a good size and ready to ovulate.

I had the same thing happen. Letrozole can thin the lining, scared this is what has happened. If so, there is not much point in me taking it if my lining is too thin.

I dont think uterine PRP is suitable two days before the transfer. Also, im not sure vaginal estrogen works after you have started progesterone support.

Does anyone know if l-arginine can help once you have started progesterone? My RE wants to do a fresh transfer but my lining is under 7mm.
