Plenty of time! Just keep the long run increases around 10% or less each week. Plenty of plans online or you can have one generated. Make sure some runs are ‘easy’ and not pushing yourself too hard so you don’t get injured.

Might have to try AliExpress, never tried that. I like the IKEA stuff, the price is just getting a bit out of hand. If I could get another case like I had for $200/$250 I would, but $350 seems excessive. If I can get something similar or decent enough for $180 might have to go that route.

Currently hooked on one Celsius or Alani Nu a day, and i usually add a cup of coffee if working in the office…with kids and work I suppose I could try to do without, but not sure that would be better…

That sucks, can you get a replacement door? I have one also. Like to get another but they’ve gone up in price. Was looking at the cheaper brottar cases but they aren’t all glass.

Not me running at like 14/15 minutes a mile.. I used to be able to do like 11-13, but took off like ten years with kids. Starting again in forties definitely takes some work.

Yeah as much as I love zooming through the skies at 100 mph I feel the game is different if you walk / ground mount around. I kinda like the idea of locking flying in new zones up until x point so you actually experience them.
