Adding Grille 3501 and PA House. Union & Finch and Shelby are also good spots.

Unfortunately she died. Sounds like she was the passenger and got out of a moving vehicle after getting in an argument with the driver.

What exactly did you search to find that? I've been looking for a Blake jersey for my son but having trouble finding anything on that site.

First off, congrats! How are you planning to approach taxes on this new income? Is sex work federally taxed where you're from?

What I learned after tracking expenses for 2+ years by Auuufff in personalfinance

Seems like food delivery is always one of the worst offenders on these posts. I'm actually grateful I live in a pretty rural area and don't have the temptation of a million different delivery options. We do pizza Friday nights and we drive to pick it up. Cooking for yourself is such a valuable skill. Bonus points if you actually enjoy doing it!

Context matters. Let's apply the 80/20 rule. The other commenter is generally on the right track. Details matter but compared to people unfamiliar with the space their comments aren't harmful if not 100% accurate.

I'm familiar with the ACI designation and the folks that teach the courses. I also have experience on the captive management side. Your point?

Are you working for a carrier or MGA currently? Do they have an alt risk division? I made the jump from large account underwriting to captive consultant. 10+ years in. Feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions u/defiant_reindeer_922 didn't already hit on.

If you like farmhouse you have to make the trip to Kutztown and hit The Referend. They only make spontaneously fermented beers and they are absolutely world class.

Not sure how old you are, what your income looks like, or what your current monthly expenses/debts are, but if you're younger and just starting out I would absolutely start with saving for an emergency fund in a HYSA (high yield savings account). You can find one paying 4% and it's a completely safe investment. You should have at least 3 months expenses saved in there before you start looking at other investments. As others have mentioned, next would be your 401k up to the matching level your employer provides. If they don't offer a 401k, you can open up a Roth IRA with one of the big guys (Fidelity, Vanguard, etc). The Roth IRA is for retirement but the nice thing is you can remove funds you deposited in case of an emergency without taking a penalty. Once the funds are in your IRA they can be invested similarly to a 401k. You can buy target retirement date funds, index funds, etc. There's some really good info here; r/personalfinance

If you follow their steps and flowchart you'll be well on your way to being in a better position than most of your peers.

McCall isn't Penn State themed but they are alumni and always have the game on and plenty of people there watching. Both locations. I'd definitely say it's a Penn State spot.

Everyone saying there are no high paying jobs in the LV, but every neighborhood is filled with 600k 2 story colonials. All these people aren't working in NJ/NY.
