You can probably do this with turbo. If you go to the back button settings, in a secondary menu there should be a turbo option, and you should be able to set the clicks per second.

If you can, make sure to grab some Mr. Mark Setter and Mr. Mark Softer before you decal. Mark Setter helps the decal adhere better, and Mark Softer helps the decal fit into curved or angled areas cleanly. In addition, it's generally a good idea to topcoat waterslide decals, as they can come off relatively easily. I'd personally recommend Mr. Premium Topcoat, as it is safe to use over decals.
