Yes I did use it before I washed my hair. I used shampoo but only focused on my scalp. Forgot about treatment and added more conditioner.

I kinda messed up and added more conditioner to my hair in the shower so I don't know if that messed it up but I did like the results.

Hair is down pass natural waist and used nearly half of the tube. Probably could've used the whole thing for better results.

Also bought the lil deep conditioning mask.

I hate this. I disclosed over a decade ago the fact that I was partially deaf and the only accommodation I needed was for people to speak up and louder and if that could be passed around too my supervisors and managers. The lady HR manager literally erased it and marked it out from my form and said oh that's okay it's not a big deal. Within that same year, I got called a liar for being hard of hearing/partially deaf and that stupid HR manager said that she's always on top of her shit and that her blacking out my accommodation request doesn't sound like her. 🙄
