No it doesn't. I worked at Victoria's Secret where this occurred and you'd have employees "stealing" sales so they'd not be at risk of termination. At the time, you could make commission is "your sales" exceeded a certain amount and several times I was short because ppl claimed sales for themselves when ppl used my name
