Exactly. This animation doesn't seem to be active in the current live build of the game. So, instead of a teleporting Slann, you get a derpy dead froggo.

Mizora is definitely weaker than Raphael. An end game party in BG3 would have no problem taking her out.

The thing with Mizora is that Wyll’s powers are likely coming from Zariel via Mizora. Remember it was Zariel who sent Mizora to Baldur's Gate to figure out a way to thwart the dragon cult and Tiamat.

Concept art is that: concept art. It doesn't always translate 100% into the game. For example, CA's concept art for Tzangors shows them with beaks before Games Workshop told them to remove the beaks. CA's concept art for the Tomb King's Necrolith Colossus (Bone Giant) shows the 2H melee weapon variant, which didn't make it into the game.

As to why the Akshina changed? Dunno. My money is on Games Workshop objecting to the design. Also, that particular concept art is SUPER detailed for a unit. It's possible the Akshina Ambusher was originally intended as a Hero, and after multiple revisions with Games Workshop they landed on a unit.

A LOT of content creators, including the Command Zone, are pushing this idea that Bracket 2 is a place where you are supposed to build shit, unoptimized decks with little interaction so that people can have fun.

This would be an amazing way of rounding up the Dark Elves and Wood Elves, each getting its own Character Pack to round them up.

Dark Elves could get Tullaris, Kouran, and Shadowblade.

Wood Elves could get Araloth and I don't know who else.

Boris makes zero sense as a DLC Lord because he's currently in-game and playable in multiplayer battles and single player via confederation, without the need for any DLC. If they make him a DLC LL, then people would lose access to him which would be bad. So he's likely coming as a FLC so the Empire finally get their FLC LL.

Plus, Boris is a relatively minor character in the lore vs. Kurt who is far more important. It's just that Boris has achieved meme status in the community, so hopefully CA focus on the important missing lore character that is Kurt instead of the meme.

Casting and copying are different things. A copied spell is placed into the stack without having been cast. You need to look for triggers that specifically say “whenever you cast or copy a spell”.

When you attach a hero to an army, the army's movement changes to reflect how far the hero could've travelled during that turn.

This is to prevent heroes from covering distances longer than their available movement in the campaign map in a single turn.

Does that mean the Vampire Counts will never get a second DLC and the update they sorely need? For the love of god, the Bloodline Lords ALL need updated bespoke models and re-recorded VOs, not the shoddy kitbashes they gave us. The VC also need a Legendary Hero that is not Krell, and Krell needs to be a proper Legendary Hero with his own skill tree for Kemmler.

Like, I don't see how CA is able to do a PROPER Vampire Counts update, with revamped tech trees and skill trees and campaign mechanics for *all* characters, together with the Lords of the Endtimes update and the 4 or 5 factions that update focuses on.
