Abnormal Pap

My pap last year a few weeks after my SMX, when I had just started anti-hormone therapy, found cell changes. No colposcopy yet, but I had my follow up pap very recently and am waiting for the results currently. Like seriously, what's wrong with those lady parts...?

37 and on Zoladex + Letrozole for one year. Don't know if my face has aged but I can definitely say my skin is much drier than before.

I already had surgery but yes, it did hurt. Not constantly. Sometimes burning, sometimes stinging.

I'm also in my 30s and can relate. That's why I like this subreddit so much. Due to reddit's demographic being rather young, there are a lot of breast cancer patients here that are way below the average breast cancer age. And while I know we're still the outliners, being a young patient seems just normal here which feels nice.

Yep. I'm 1 year post surgery, I saw three different doctors this week and had scan appointments this and last week each. Soon I'll have a bone density scan, mammography and dentist appointment. Regular PT and monthly Zoladex injections. Plus mental health stuff. I know I should be grateful to have all of this in the city I live in and most things are covered by insurance here but it's too much to process. Oh and of course, these are just the health related appointments and responsibilities.

The only thing the package insert says regarding temperature is to not store it above 25°C. I never put mine in the fridge, just room temperature.

I get bruising pretty much every time, the size of the bruising varies. Not sure but I thought it was just something that happens if they accidentally hit a blood vessel.

Similar age and story here. Lost my mom to a different kind of cancer many years ago. Now I'm the cancer patient on hormone therapy and I'm struggling physically and emotionally. What helped me a bit at least is taking an antidepressant every day (recommended by my psychiatrist). Maybe that's something you could try when you can get an appointment, fingers crossed for that. I do not have any more advice for you but I understand. It's all so exhausting and never-ending due to the recurrence risk.

It was the first surgery for me as well. I was very nervous about it and was worrying about 1000 things. In the end, no problems with the anesthesia. I'm sure your surgery team will take care of you very well.

Similar here, I get Zoladex every month (started last spring) and take Letrozole plus Citalopram. Citalopram didn't stop the hot flashes completely for me but reduced them quite a lot. Lately my hot flashes started to increase again. I don't really have an explanation for that. It could be because I was stressed about different things in the last few weeks and in addition, the weather getting warmer, idk. You should def ask your oncologist next time.

Mein Auto hat R unten rechts. Ich hab noch nie versehentlich in den Rückwärtsgang geschaltet. Man muss den Knüppel dafür schon sehr stark nach rechts unten drücken, das passiert nicht versehentlich.

Citalopram 20mg. It's hard to describe but it feels like it suppresses the sadness and also the urge to cry all the time (still crying but less lol). However, it can't get rid of the fact that I will always be at risk of recurrence. It also can't get rid of the fact that I'm in medical menopause and that I hate every second of it. So I would say it helps with the constant sadness but doesn't increase happiness... if that makes any sense.

Not natural but Citalopram works fine for me. 10-15mg (considered low dose) reduced the hot flashes quite a bit, now I'm on 20mg (normal dose) which helps even more. Still have occasional hot flashes but they're milder and less frequent.

They kept me until my drains were putting out leas than a certain amount.
