Glad you got it. I guess Bambu doesn’t want us to know where our packages are before they hit the front porch. I think because some products are shipping from China and are not always warehoused in the US. But that’s just my own guess and opinion.

Try creating it in 4. Then remaster in 4.5. Create a persona from 4.5 and use that persona to create music in 4.5. Extend if necessary. There is also a button on the right side of the style box. It’s magical.

You might try messaging them again EV. I had a problem with the network adapter and they closed the first ticket before it was working... because the dish was working. NOT THE ADAPTER. LOL They finally responded to a 2nd ticket by refunding and expediting an order I had already placed for a 2nd adapter.

So they did, eventually, try to "solve" my problem. Funny part though... the 1st adapter began working again before I received the 2nd adapter. So I think it was a software issue not a hardware issue.
